Better by Material

Upto

50% of Recycled Materials

in our core ranges are recycled, reducing reliance on virgin resources while maintaining high performance and durability.

Upto

50% of Manufacturing Energy

is powered by renewable sources, including solar-powered grid supply.

Repurposed Elements

Silicone from Flexi Neon range are repurposed into diffusers and PVC into protective covers of In-Ground luminaires

Low-VOC Solutions

We specify low-VOC silicones and adhesives designed to support global emission standards, helping deliver safer, lower-impact lighting solutions.

Responsible Materials

From mounting frames to optical profiles - recycled steel, aluminium, polycarbonate, and optimised PMMA acrylic grades are prioritised.

Refined Packaging

  • FSC-Certified Packaging

FSC-Certified Packaging made with responsibly sourced virgin and recycled pulp, optimised to reduce transport volume.

  • Kraft Paper Tape

Water-activated reinforced kraft paper tape supports easier recycling by keeping the full packaging unit within the paper waste stream.

  • Digital Product Information

Digital product details via QR codes reduce printed manuals and paper waste.

  • Eco-Conscious Materials

Biodegradable packaging and OPP films protect products with efficient material use and lighter environmental impact.

Trusted Partners

Recovery Through Recolight

Through our partnership with Recolight, the UK’s leading WEEE compliance scheme, LEDFlex supports end-of-life management for lighting products. This enables compliant collection, recycling, and recovery of luminaires under the UK WEEE Regulations, helping reduce waste and support a more circular lighting economy.

Scrap Recycling

Operational waste is reduced by diverting corrugated cardboard, LDPE/HDPE plastics, and ferrous and non-ferrous metals from landfill through approved recycling partners, supporting material recovery.

Rooted in Responsibility

We partnered with Evertreen to restore forests and offset carbon. As a lean manufacturer, we only offset the carbon of products we actually place on the market. This is traceable climate action tied directly to what we make and sell. Every tree planted through the LEDFlex Forest supports verified ecosystem restoration, community impact, and carbon credits retired through Verra, one of the world's most trusted carbon standards.
