This landmark development offers exclusive residences, premium office spaces, luxury retail, and the world’s first urban One&Only resort, embodying modern sophistication in one of the world’s most dynamic cities.

One Za'abeel is a result of a global collaboration involving leading designers and architects. LEDFlex partnered with DPA Lighting Consultants in specific to deliver bespoke linear lighting solutions that elevate the visual identity of One Za'abeel. Throughout the project, LEDFlex played a pivotal role in enhancing key public spaces, including the grand entrance, lobby, and reception areas, as well as iconic dining venues located on ‘The Link,’ the world’s longest cantilevered structure. Restaurants such as La Dame de Pic, The Razuna, and the futuristic Sphere Bar were illuminated with precision, ensuring a cohesive aesthetic that complements the architectural brilliance of each space.

Beyond public areas, LEDFlex’s expertise extended to the private realms of the One&Only resort, including guest rooms, serviced apartments, presidential and royal suites. Each space was thoughtfully illuminated to exude a sense of luxury and comfort, perfectly aligning with the project's vision of unparalleled opulence.
