Located in the heart of London, M Moser Associates’ headquarters embodies the firm’s human-centred philosophy; a workspace shaped by adaptability, wellbeing, and visual harmony. Developed in close collaboration with M Moser’s design team, LEDFlex delivered integrated linear lighting systems that translate this ethos into spatial form, enhancing the dialogue between light, material, and space.

Upon entry, lighting establishes both tone and texture. Nano Flex Solo, an ultra-slim 4 mm linear light engine, is recessed within benches and shelving to create a soft, continuous ribbon of light that guides movement and accentuates joinery detail. Its near-invisible form factor allows illumination to feel inherent to the architecture.

This visual rhythm extends into the shared tea and coffee points, where the Joinery System, featuring Joinery Flex integrated within the Shelf Profile, offers a refined plug-and-play solution. Engineered for precision integration, it delivers shadow-free definition and uniform warmth across surfaces, shaping inviting, well-balanced social zones.

In the collaborative areas, adaptive control defines the experience. Eco Flex Dynamic White provides tunable lighting, allowing smooth transitions between cool and warm tones to support changing work modes and circadian needs throughout the day. The result is a balanced visual environment that harmonises with both natural daylight and task-oriented scenes.

Within the workshop zone, Power Flex ensures high-efficacy, glare-controlled illumination, ideal for precision-based tasks. Its balanced output maintains clarity and colour fidelity, ensuring that performance never compromises visual comfort.

Throughout the headquarters, each luminaire serves a deliberate role: revealing material tactility, articulating spatial boundaries, and maintaining visual coherence between open and enclosed spaces.
