The Project
Set beneath the iconic Sky Pool, with views overlooking the US Embassy and The Ravine, renowned Chef, Robin Gill, brings immersive Irish-American cuisine to the posh Embassy Gardens. Darby’s features an eclectic oyster bar, on-site bakery and open-fire cooking, mimicking the sophistication, elegance and style of the mid 50s.
In a creative collaboration with Lighting Designer, Elektra Lighting, LEDFlex has custom crafted linear lighting solutions for the oyster bar at the Darby’s. Our flagship Eco Flex 180 in 2700K has been used to create sleek lines whirling at the bottom edge of the bar. High lumen Ultimo Neon 16x16 from our Neon Range is further placed as a subtle divider between the high gloss ceramic tiles and the matte painted walls, creating a wall-washing effect which emphasises on the high ceiling.
